What is covered on the course?
What is included?
Everything that you need for the course, including equipment is included. There are no extra costs. To begin the course, you can book via the link at the bottom of this page that will take you to our online store. Alternatively you can begin the e-learning by clicking here.
Previous experience & age?
You do not need to have dived at all before to complete this course. It is designed to take you from complete beginner to a qualified diver. You must be aged 10 years or older to complete the course.
To book the course, simply checkout with the PADI open water course and we will be in contact to discuss dates with you. Our courses are all ran on request, and so can run them any time at our own private training facilities.
We provide all equipment for you to use, however depending on where you are taking the course, you will be required to bring either thermal clothing for underneath a drysuit, or swim wear for underneath a wetsuit. We would highlight this on the booking instructions.
You can take this course at either of our dive centres. Depending on the time of year, certain locations for training will be more suitable than others, and we would advise you of this.
Certain medical conditions may effect your participation in diving, and you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire. If you are concerned about this, please contact us and we can provide you with a form to take to your doctor for sign off.
The certification once qualified does not expire. We do however advise completing a PADI re-activate session if you do not dive within 6 months.
